About the Role ( Very important )
We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in HR &
Recruitment.
Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Near Belapur Railway Station)
Experience: 06 Months (Recruitment Consultancy Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
- Build a strong talent pipeline.
- Achieve recruitment targets.
Skills Required
- Positive communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
