Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Core Competencies Workflows & Playbooks: Design complex loan lifecycles using Process Automation Designer (PAD), Playbooks, and Flow Designer to enable agile, step-back exception handling (allowing files to revert to any previous stage). UI & Multi-Persona Architecture: Configure authenticated Configurable Workspaces for RMs and secure portals for DSAs, while deploying a public, unauthenticated Service Portal explicitly for guest end customers. PII & Data Security: Safeguard customer records and financial data using Access Control Lists (ACLs), Data Filtration, Edge Encryption, and Column Level Encryption Enterprise to securely mask and protect PII across all tiers. Audit & Compliance Feature Engineering: Implement Compliance Workspace, Audit Management, and Instance Security Center configurations to automatically log transaction histories, track data access logs, and generate regulatory compliance artifacts.
