Key Responsibilities:

- Successful management of Electrical, hands on in servicing Caf Machines- like ovens, coffee machines, icecream machines, chillers, freezers, Acs, fryers, waffle maker, grinders, mixers etc.
- Proficiency to read diagram for all instruments already present and current in order.
- knowledge about Design and manage PLC panel, control wiring and panel wiring to meet smooth operation as well as required engineering and safety standards.
- Quickly attain & resolve breakdown and preventive maintenance of Packing Machine
- Follow-ups with vendors for required materials for managing / preventing breakdown of instrument.
- Periodical Testing & calibration of instrumentation, automated system for efficiency, safety and reliability.




- Actively support Maintenance manager for smooth execution of maintenance function drawing & execution of improvement plans and annual budgeting.
- Build and expand vendor network to meet organizations changing needs to make it future ready.

Personal Specification:

- Qualification Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience of 1-3 years required in Bakery and Caf Machine Maintenance and servicing.

Job Knowledge Required

- To ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of machines and related accessories on scheduled time.
- To ensure Callibration of Tools on time
- To manage and update spare parts used during Preventive maintenance.
- To ensure routine checkup/inspection of all machine and its parts.
