We are hiring for our client Medi Assist.

Locations: Bengaluru or Mumbai

End to End Recruitment, Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination etc.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Shortlisting of candidates based on requirements mentioned in the job description and conducting interviews with selected candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, provide feedback, and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (hiring, sourcing).
- Solid understanding of talent acquisition principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
- Proficiency in using various tools for sourcing candidates such as LinkedIn Recruiter or other job boards.
