- Solid understanding of IBM Systems (System i & System z) architecture and their respective operating systems (OS).
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

- Good exposure and excellent knowledge of working on zOS JCL JES2 VTAM TCPIP CICS DB2 IMS MQ ControlM HMC Netview OMEGAMON RMF SMF OPC
- Managing batch cycles submitting jobs handling spool and performing subsystem restarts CICS DB2
- Performing IPLs manualautomated clock changes spool maintenance and supporting Disaster Recovery DR drills
- Rapid diagnosis resolution escalation and Root Cause Analysis RCA for system abends performance issues and hardwaresoftware faults
- Developing and guiding operations teams on best practices troubleshooting and new technologies
- Identifying opportunities for automation efficiency and implementing modernization strategies
