Role & responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles, sanitaryware, adhesives, and related products.
- Explain product features, specifications, applications, pricing, and benefits.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and retail customers.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Ensure proper display of recent products, catalogues, and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on new product launches, design trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns when required.
- minimum 1 year experience in handling tile showroom is must
Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1 year experience of handling tile showroom is must
