Key Responsibilities:
* **Installation & Commissioning:** Execute seamless in office installation, calibration, and commissioning of automated welding, cutting, and robotic systems.
* **Troubleshooting & Repairs:** Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic faults in the field.
* **Preventive Maintenance (PM):** Conduct scheduled PM audits and service contracts to optimize machine life for clients.
* **Customer Training:** Provide technical and safety training to operator-level and engineering staff at client sites.
* **Spares Management:** Identify required spare parts during service visits and coordinate with the internal team to facilitate sales of genuine components.
