We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Sourcing professionals to join our growing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential real estate sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, and channel partner management. The role involves generating qualified leads, coordinating site visits, building strong relationships with channel partners, and contributing towards sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and channel partners.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with brokers, channel partners, and property consultants.
- Identify prospective home buyers and convert enquiries into site visits.
- Coordinate customer meetings and site visits for residential projects.
- Provide complete project information and assist customers throughout the buying journey.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly sourcing, site visit, and booking targets.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Projects for smooth customer experience.
