Job Location: Thane - Wagle Estate

Working Time: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Working days: Monday to Friday

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope.
Area calculation and keeping scope of work marked on Tender drawing.
Define more cost-effective alternatives to the proposed scope of project.
Arranging specification and drawings etc. requires data for accurate estimation.
Preparation of offer letters and follow up for the same.
Keeping Project enquiry register up to date.
Cross check scope of work against tender documents and notify if any difference.
Communicate with PM for as built area against Tender; in any deviation amend to PI with help of Project manager.




Study Tender drawings thoroughly if any critical detail observed notify to Design manager.
Report to DM if any special material is considered in estimation.
Collaborate with operations staff and designers to ensure that proposed details are not over budget.
Analyse time schedule considered in estimation against actual.
To keep up-to-date about prices and characteristics of materials as well as about erection modalities.
Be able to co ordinate with Project lead as required for estimation activities.

Other

- BE/Btech , Diploma in civil Engineering
- Min 2-3 years of experience in facade industry
