We're looking for an HR professional who thrives on structure and ownership -someone who can bring precision to payroll, ensure airtight compliance, and drive a performance culture, all while keeping HR operations seamless in a quick-growing company.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end payroll
- Manage statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other labor law requirements.
- Drive the performance management cycle - goal setting, reviews, appraisals, and tracking.
- Design and maintain salary structures, payroll data, and compensation records.
- Build HR policies that are compliant, practical, and actually followed.
- Continuously refine HR processes as the business scales.

What You Bring

- 6-8 years of experience across major departments- Payroll, Compliance, HR Operations,



and Performance Management.
- Strong grip on payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Good analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll software.
- A proactive, dependable mindset suited to a fast-paced startup.
