Role Overview:
We are hiring a Business Development Head to lead a team of Business Development Managers responsible for property acquisition. The role includes team handling, driving acquisition targets, and expanding supply through strong owner and broker partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of BDMs focused on property acquisition
- Drive new property onboarding and ensure monthly acquisition targets
- Build robust relationships with property owners, brokers, and channel partners
- Track team performance, field productivity, and pipeline updates
- Support negotiation, closure, and documentation processes
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Total experience: 6+ years in Business Development / Sales / Property Acquisition
- Team handling experience: 3+ years
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and target-driven mindset
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or supply acquisition is preferred
