Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple Power distribution / Substation projects from initiation to completion in Africa
- Ensure project delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget
- Develop project execution strategies and resource planning
- Monitor project performance, risks, and financials on an ongoing basis
- Maintain solid client relationships and handle escalations
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and site teams for seamless execution
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Drive profitability and cost optimization across assigned projects

Preferred candidate profile

Strong background in Electrical EPC projects (Substation / Distribution)

- Proven experience handling multiple projects with P&L; responsibility
- Strong client and stakeholder management experience
- Deep understanding of contracts, billing, and claim management
- Experience leading large cross-functional teams
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
