We are looking for an experienced Head Electrical Projects with strong exposure to Pharma and Cleanroom projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end electrical engineering activities including design review, estimation, project execution, procurement, commissioning, stakeholder management, and project delivery.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing electrical systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, cleanrooms, utility infrastructure, and industrial projects.

Role & responsibilities:

- Lead electrical engineering activities from concept design to commissioning and handover.
- Manage multiple Pharma and Cleanroom projects simultaneously.
- Review electrical designs, calculations, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, execution, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project budgets, procurement activities, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards, GMP requirements, and safety regulations.




- Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and project reviews.
- Manage vendor development, technical evaluations, and tender negotiations.
- Support greenfield and brownfield project implementation.
- Resolve technical and execution challenges during project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
- Prepare project reports and present updates to management.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 914 years of experience in Pharma and Cleanroom projects.
- Robust experience in electrical design review, project execution, commissioning, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience in utility systems, cleanroom infrastructure, and pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and teams effectively.
