- End to end recruitment for the client opportunities

- Avoid any client escalations conduct weekly/bi-weekly service quality review call with the client

- Create an inspiring team setting with an open communication culture

- Accountable for ensuring that contract is signed, raising invoice payment follow-up

- End to end Execution of the mandates through head hunting, mapping, LinkedIn

- Independently call mid to senior level candidates and assess fitments through telephonic interviews

- Working on mid to senior level





- End to End Client Management Engagement

- To take initiatives for the enhancement of the firm

Qualification

- bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

- 1+ year of working experience in Human Resources

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
