Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a UI/UX Lead to drive user-centric design execution for TCS.com. The role focuses on delivering intuitive, accessible, and consistent digital experiences across global web journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UI/UX design deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs
- Improve usability, navigation, and information architecture across web journeys
- Ensure accessibility compliance aligned to WCAG standards
- Use analytics insights for continuous UX improvements
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI components
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and technology teams
- Present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders
Required Skills
- Solid experience in UX/UI design for web platforms
- Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Strong understanding of usability, user psychology, and design thinking
- Experience with analytics-driven design and A/B testing
Good to Have
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Exposure to personalization and AI-led UX
