Role & responsibilities
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Experience hiring for Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering, EPC, or related sectors
• Solid sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
• Ability to screen and evaluate technical profiles
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in client-facing or RPO environments will be an advantage
Preferred candidate profile
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical positions
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate engagement
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely closures
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status updates
