Telecalling Operations Manager AI-Led Outbound Programs

We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Operations Manager to lead AI-powered outbound calling programs for enterprise clients. This role involves managing AI voice campaigns, human telecalling teams, lead qualification, CRM workflows, email and WhatsApp follow-ups, and ensuring successful customer acquisition outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end outbound telecalling operations.
- Manage AI Voice and human calling campaigns.
- Design and optimize call scripts and qualification workflows.
- Oversee lead qualification and customer acquisition activities.
- Manage CRM, dialer, email automation, and WhatsApp Business workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize conversion metrics.
- Review call quality, transcripts, and agent performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to improve AI conversation flows.
- Ensure process compliance, SOP adherence, and high-quality customer engagement.

Required Experience

- 710 years of experience in Outbound Telecalling Operations, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Acquisition.
- Experience managing large outbound calling teams and campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, dialers, and performance dashboards.
- Exposure to AI Voice,



Conversational AI, or AI-assisted calling is preferred.
- Strong experience in B2B lead qualification and multi-channel engagement.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
