Education Diploma / or B.E in instrumentation / Mechanical from recognized Institute/University.
BBA/MBA will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

- Candidate of this role will be part of the Sales Marketing Team and will report to Regional Sales Head

- The Sales Engineer is responsible for the End-to-End interaction Support to customer for any Enquiries/Orders, in accordance with established company policies and practices

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handling all correspondence and enquiries with customers regarding their requirements and subsequent Quotation submission further enabling Techno-Commercial discussions.

- Assist customers on all questions concerning our product technical specifications and provide them suitable product offering for their requirements.

- Should have fine skills in technical presentations/demonstration of Uniflow products.

- Should also work towards building recent clients and ensure End-to-End customer satisfaction, while actively engaging with existing clients.





- Manage End-to-End MIS/Reporting for all Customer interactions (Enquiries, Quotations, Orders, Payments, Complaints, Delivery etc).

- Co-ordination with Project management, Applications Productions team for respective follow-ups/updates.

- The candidate should possess good knowledge on subjects like Control valves, Actuators, and related applications/processes.

- Appetite for travelling for customer visits.

- Can work remotely (Resident Engineer) too.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS ABILITIES

- Sufficient technical knowledge of Control Valves, Bellow Sealed Globe Valves, Butterfly Valves, Ball Valves, etc.

- Ability to communicate within organization internally externally with customers.

- Working knowledge of MS Office

- Self-Motivating, Ability to generate leads confidence in dealing with customers.
