1. Candidate will be responsible for leading Corporate Finance, Plant Accounting, and
Financial Controllership activities across multiple manufacturing locations.
2. Candidate will be responsible for preparing and monitoring Annual Budgets,
Forecasts, MIS Reports, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
3. Candidate will be responsible for managing product costing, inventory valuation,
variance analysis, and Capex monitoring to improve operational efficiency.
4. Candidate will be responsible for managing treasury operations, cash flow planning,
working capital, banking relationships, and fund utilization.
5. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Internal Auditors, Statutory
Auditors, and ensuring timely completion of audits and statutory compliance.
6. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Ind AS, corporate
governance requirements, SEBI regulations, and Related Party Transaction (RPT)
reporting.
7. Candidate will be responsible for supporting the CFO in investor presentations,
Board MIS, financial reporting, rating agency requirements, and strategic finance
initiatives.
8. Candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing the finance
team while strengthening internal controls, financial processes,
and ERP-driven
automation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• CA candidate, who has worked in manufacturing sector and he will require to visit
plants regularly to coordinate work and audit accounting, taxation, and all
compliances.
• He/She should have 1014 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Controllership,
Plant Finance, or Financial Planning & Analysis.
• He/She should possess solid knowledge of Ind AS, Treasury, Budgeting, MIS,
Audit, Internal Controls, and Working Capital Management.
• He/She should have hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft
Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
• He/She should have excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and
stakeholder management skills with experience in leading finance teams.
• He will also manage inventory control at various plants and at depots/ locations
across India, preparing MIS reports for respective heads and Top Management.
• He/She should have operational experience handling all compliances, statutory
requirements, SEBI guidelines, external stakeholder management (investors), fund
management, audit and taxation, and index accounting.
