Sales Representative

Job Description

The Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, lead qualification, building relationships with new clients and delivering on an end-to-end sales cycle. This is a high-autonomy role requiring executive presence and an insight-led approach.

Responsibilities

- Own the Cycle: Execute the full sales stack from strategic prospecting and lead qualification to high-level negotiation and conversion.
- Strategic Territory Planning: Develop and execute quarterly plans to penetrate market-fit parameters and exceed new business quotas.
- Insight-Led Selling: Navigate complex organizational structures to identify key stakeholders, understanding their unique asset classes and business challenges.
- Collaborate Scale: Partner with Account Management to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in Third Bridge s primary research suite, maintaining a competitive edge in Asia.

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring:

- Experience: 3+ years of high-performance institutional sales experience, ideally within Financial Services and across equities,



private equity and/or corporate clients.
- Track Record: A proven history of meeting or exceeding aggressive quotas and managing complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Acumen: Deep understanding of the institutional investment industry and the ability to multitask with solid time management and prioritization skills.
- Drive: A self-starter mentality with the intellectual curiosity to master new products and market shifts.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent negotiation skills with strong communication and high credibility.
- Aptitude: Quick problem-solving skills and the ability to determine solutions for customers using a consultative sales approach.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.

- Language: High fluency in both written and spoken English.
