What you own and do:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and headhunting.
- Identify and approach passive candidates for niche and critical roles.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with Senior managers & Management.
- Manage offer negotiation and candidate follow-ups until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.

What you will bring to us:

- 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment.
- Proven expertise in Headhunting, LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean Search, and Talent Mapping.
- Strong experience in hiring across multiple business functions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.




- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and deliver closures within defined timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset
