Work Location: Mumbai
Skill Required: Communication~Insurance - Life Annuity (Quality Analyst)
Experience Required: 3-4 Years and above

- 3 to 4 years of experience in US Life Insurance Agency Management / servicing preferred
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in English language
- Coach and guide associate to achieve required quality program goals
- Ability to type 40-60 words per minute for chat and email functions
- Undertake weekly monitoring to ensure adherence to quality compliance requirements
- have caliberation sessions both internally and with clients to align expectations
- Willing to take calls/chats not just for escalations and volume management but few hrs a week to stay updated on operating model
- Participate in weekly calibrations with the Team Leader
- Feedback coaching to associates




- Maintain quality compliance scorecard for teams
- Responsible for outlier management
- Support the team on technical know how
- Knowledge management
- Should have managed Quality analyst role in an international call center
- Flexibility to work in blended processes across chat, voice and back office functions
- Open to work primarily in US night shifts (versatile for 24x7) with rotational week off
