Responsibilities-

- Monitor inventory movements, conduct stock audits, and investigate inventory variances to minimize shrinkage.
- Conduct store surveillance and investigate theft, fraud, and operational non-compliance.
- Perform store process audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and recommend control improvements.
- Prepare investigation reports and coordinate with HR and management on corrective actions.
- Collaborate with store operations, warehouse, finance, and audit teams to strengthen asset protection initiatives.
