We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead / Java Architect with a strong background in Capital Markets/Financial Services. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing and developing scalable backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, along with solid database and architecture experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.
- Lead technical design, architecture, code reviews, and mentor development teams.
- Develop and optimize database objects, stored procedures, and data models.
- Build scalable and high-performance applications following SDLC and Agile practices.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations to deliver business-critical solutions.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Collections, and Multithreading
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, and Microservices
- Strong experience with Oracle/ Sybase/ DB2 /MongoDB (NoSQL)
- Database design, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services
- Good knowledge of UNIX Shell Scripting (Python is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, design patterns, and software architecture
