Roles & Responsibilities
Architecture & System Design
Design highly available, scalable, and secure AI-based platforms.
Define end-to-end system architecture for GenAI, ML, and data-driven applications.
Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
Architect microservices-based, event-driven, and distributed systems.
Evaluate and recommend suitable cloud-native AI services and infrastructure.
Conduct architecture reviews and suggest right-fit modernization strategies.
AI & Data Engineering
Architect LLM-based solutions (RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, agent-based
systems).
Design scalable vector search systems and semantic retrieval architectures.
Define data ingestion, transformation, and indexing pipelines.
Ensure reliable ML/AI model deployment and lifecycle management.
Implement guardrails, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
Backend & Platform Engineering
Lead backend architecture using Python / NodeJS / Golang.
Design secure and high-performance REST/GraphQL APIs.
Build scalable deployment architectures using containers and Kubernetes.
Optimize database schema and query performance (SQL & NoSQL).
Cloud & DevOps
Architect solutions on AWS / GCP.
Ensure observability (logging, tracing, monitoring).
Drive performance tuning and cost optimization strategies.
Security & Compliance
Ensure strong application and data security practices.
Implement RBAC, OAuth2, SSO, and token-based authentication.
Design systems compliant with data privacy and security standards (HIPAA, PCI
preferred).
Conduct security risk assessment for AI systems (prompt injection, data leakage, model
abuse).

Leadership & Mentorship




Provide technical guidance to developers and AI engineers.
Promote reusable architecture patterns and coding standards.
Participate in technical decision-making and architecture governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and business teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
610 years of experience in software development and system design.
Experience architecting scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of:
Python / NodeJS / Golang
RESTful API design & integration
Microservices architecture
SQL & NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
AI & GenAI Experience
Experience designing:
RAG-based applications
LLM integrations (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, etc.)
Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.)
Knowledge of:
Prompt engineering
Embeddings & semantic search
AI evaluation and monitoring
Cloud & DevOps
Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP.
Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
Experience with Git-based workflows.
Security & Governance
Strong application and data security fundamentals.
Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SSO.
Familiarity with compliance standards (HIPAA, PCI preferred).
