Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced purchase executive to handle procurement activities for marine spare parts. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing marine spare parts with a good understanding of technical specifications.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle procurement of marine spare parts as per vessel requirements.

- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate competitive prices.
- Develop and maintain robust supplier relationships.
- Understand technical specifications of marine equipment and spare parts.




- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Follow up on shipments, deliveries, and procurement documentation.
- Maintain purchase records and supplier databases.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of purchase/procurement experience.
- Experience in the marine/shipping/marine spare parts industry is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Purchase Management systems.
