We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic F&B; Server to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and make recommendations when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and resolving concerns promptly.
- Clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and reset them for the next guests.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Follow hygiene, food safety,
and sanitation standards at all times.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2 or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
- Prior experience in restaurants, cafs, hotels, or QSRs is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.
