Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic Investment Banking professional to support and drive transaction execution, client management, and business development initiatives across the Healthcare and Consumer sectors.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, hands-on deal execution experience, and the ability to work closely with clients, investors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute transactions across M&A;, private equity, venture capital, strategic fundraising, and advisory mandates within the Healthcare and Consumer sectors.

- Support end-to-end transaction execution including preparation of marketing materials, investor outreach, due diligence coordination, financial analysis, negotiations, documentation, and deal closure.

- Develop and review detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials including pitch books, investment memoranda, and management presentations.

- Analyze market trends, sector developments, comparable companies, and transaction benchmarks to provide strategic insights to clients.





- Manage day-to-day interactions with clients, investors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders while ensuring timely delivery and execution excellence.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, corporates, strategic investors, VC funds, and PE firms.

- Support sector coverage efforts by identifying new business opportunities and contributing to origination initiatives.

- Develop a strong understanding of the Healthcare and Consumer ecosystems, including emerging trends and investment themes.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and seamless execution across multiple transactions simultaneously.

- Mentor and guide analysts and junior team members to ensure quality output and team development.

Qualification :

- MBA / CA or equivalent qualification

- Strong academic background preferred

- 810 years of experience in Investment Banking, with strong exposure to the Healthcare and/or Consumer sectors and demonstrated transaction execution experience
