Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including attendance and salary inputs
- Maintain employee master data for recent joiners, exits, and changes
- Coordinate with Finance teams and share final payroll registers
- Handle Full & Final (F&F;) settlements
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Form 16
- Manage annual investment declarations for tax computation
- Support new joiners with salary portal access
- Ensure compliance with payroll and statutory regulations
- Coordinate gratuity documentation and insurance partners
- Manage medical insurance additions/deletions and employee support

Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, HR, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/attendance systems
- High attention to detail with good communication skills
