Experience in IT Industry

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage the HR function for our Mumbai office.

- 6-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a robust focus onrecruitment and employee relations in the IT or technology services industry.
- Solid exposure to HR Generalist responsibilities with hands-on ownership of employee lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience handling onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, grievance handling, and exit management.
- Comfortable working independently and managing HR activities for a business location.
- Strong understanding of HR documentation, policies, and employee lifecycle management.

Job Responsibility

- End-to-end IT recruitment processes, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for technical and non technical roles.




- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche IT positions.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and new hireintegration.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, recognition activities, and culture-building programs.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR support.
- Handle employee grievances, workplace concerns, counselling, and conflict resolution with confidentiality and professionalism
- Conduct exit interviews, manage separation processes, and analyse attrition trends.
- Ensure timely issuance and maintenance of HR documentation including letters, policies, and employee records.
- Maintain HRMS data and employee files with high accuracy.
- Support implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and organizational development programs.
