- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall quality of service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, resolve issues, and drive business results.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decision making.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in BPO / Contact Centre sales or related field.
- Proven track record in leading high-performing teams in an inside sales workplace..
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving skills.
