Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Consultant Presales to drive product demonstrations and solution consulting for Cooperative Banks across India. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of understanding customer requirements and translating them into effective solution presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging product demonstrations to Cooperative Banks across India.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AI-powered banking solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering and solution discovery sessions with bank management and business teams.
- Respond confidently to functional, business, and process-related queries during presentations.
- Support the sales team throughout the presales and proposal lifecycle.
- Prepare presentations, solution documents, proposals, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Coordinate with product, implementation, and technical teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Build solid relationships with decision-makers in Cooperative Banks.
- Travel extensively across India for customer meetings, demonstrations and industry events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 36 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Banking Software, Fintech, or Digital Lending.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Excellent understanding of banking and lending workflows.
- Ability to quickly understand customer pain points and map them to product capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in one or more Indian regional languages, in addition to English and the candidates mother tongue, will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience working with Cooperative Banks, NBFCs, CBS vendors, or fintech companies.
- Knowledge of Digital Lending, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan

Management Systems (LMS), KYC, CKYC, eKYC, underwriting, AI-based

lending, and regulatory compliance.

- Experience in conducting product demonstrations for CXOs, CEOs, Managing Directors, and Board Members.
