About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President – Sites (West Region) to lead the execution and delivery of multiple EPC, warehouse, industrial, and logistics infrastructure projects across the Western region of India. The role requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in managing site operations, ensuring timely project completion, maintaining quality and safety standards, and leading large cross-functional project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee site execution for multiple warehouse, industrial, logistics, and EPC construction projects across the West region.

Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved quality and safety standards.

Provide strategic leadership to Project Managers, Site Heads, Construction Managers, and execution teams.

Develop and implement site execution strategies to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement timely corrective actions.

Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Contracts, Commercial, QA/QC, and Safety teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Review project schedules, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and material planning.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, contract specifications, company policies, and client requirements.





Drive construction excellence through value engineering, lean construction practices, and continuous process improvements.

Conduct regular site reviews, audits, and leadership meetings to monitor project performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Mentor and develop project leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
