Job Description

1) Responsible for achieving the Sales & Collection targets of assigned area from existing customers within given budget.

2) Identify recent customers and penetrate the market.

3) Supervise territory, directs and contact dealers / distributors for incremental sales.

4) Build and maintain relationships with the dealers and the key customers associated with them.

5) Understand end consumer requirements and provide inputs to the product development team.

6) Provide market intelligence / information

7) Maintain Documentation and report to the Head Office.

Candidate Profile:

1) Male Graduate candidate preferred with good communication skills

2) Should have 2-wheeler License with own bike

3) Candidate should be willing to travel & relocate PAN India.

4) Target Achiever / Self Starter / Go-Getter

5)



At least 6 months work experience in Sales & Marketing.

6) After 6 months candidates shall be based in respective Location

Compensation :

1) Monthly stipend offered during training shall be Rs.15000/-month + Lodging & Boarding

2) After successful completion of training Salary Package shall revised to Rs. 2.4 Lakhs/ Annum including HRA.

3) Selected candidates shall be trained in Communication, Sales & Mktg Management / Presentation & Selling skills for 6 months.

4) After 6 months of training, candidates shall be offered suitable Location postings.
