Job Description: HR Executive

Location: Mumbai Office

Timing: 9.30 - 6.00 | Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: 30000-40000 per month (based on experience and current CTC)

Role Overview

The HR Executive will play a vital role in managing employee inquiries and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This position directly supports our business operations by facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding processes and maintaining a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Manage salary processes, including PF, PT, and ESIC.

- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and documentation.

- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.

- Maintain accurate HR records and update the HRMIS system.

- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.





- Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate degree in Human Resources or related field.

Experience: Minimum experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMIS and Excel.

Other Skills: Strong knowledge of HR policies and salary processes.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
