JD for a Test Practice Head Position:

Experience & Qualifications

- 15+ years in Testing/Quality Engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling Testing CoEs / Practices
- Experience across multiple domains (BFSI, Logistics, Healthcare, etc.) preferred
- Strong leadership in Quality Engineering & Testing Practice management
- Expertise in AI/GenAI in testing, automation frameworks, and digital QA transformation
- Proven experience in business development, GTM strategy, and large deal closures
- Deep understanding of Agile, cloud, and enterprise systems
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Data-driven decision-making mindset with focus on KPIs and ROI

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & GTM Strategy

- Define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Testing & QE services across geographies and industry verticals
- Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to drive pipeline growth and deal closures

P&L; Ownership

- Own practice P&L;, revenue growth, and margin improvement
- Enable account mining, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across existing clients

Service Offerings & Portfolio Management

- Align offerings with market trends, client needs,



and digital transformation initiatives
- Drive innovation-led solutions leveraging AI, GenAI, and low-code/no-code platforms

Practice Differentiation & Innovation

- Build reusable assets, accelerators, and industry-specific testing solutions
- Position the organization as a thought leader in AI-led Quality Engineering
- Publish whitepapers, case studies, and participate in industry forums
- Lead the adoption of AI/GenAI-powered testing to reduce cycle time and improve quality
- Implement autonomous testing frameworks, predictive analytics, and intelligent test optimization

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

- Lead pre-sales engagements, client presentations, and solution workshops
- Define value propositions and differentiated solution architectures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate business value and ROI
- Own end-to-end RFP responses, including solutioning, estimation, and pricing strategies

Delivery Excellence & Quality Assurance

- Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across all QE engagements
- Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and compliance
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, DevOps, and Agile methodologiesRole & responsibilities
