Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical and HR interview rounds.
