Job Purpose:

Responsible for endtoend financial management of projects, support in Budget preparation, monitoring and control of project spends, and preparation of MIS for senior management. Accountable for identifying, analysing, and highlighting variances between budgeted and actual spends. Also responsible for maintaining robust accounting hygiene, ensuring effective internal controls, and support in driving process automation across Project Finance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Budgeting & MIS

- Support in preparation of Annual & rolling Capex budgeting with cash flow forecasting
- Projectwise Capex MIS with CTC tracking on Monthly basis
- Advances, debit balances, and retentions hygiene

Solar Projects

- Analyse and ensure solar unit generation from current installed projects and highlight improvement areas, deficiencies etc
- Decision making w.r.t current or expansion of existing solar projects by calculating the payback period.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of each solar project and highlight variations/discrepancies if any (Solar Tracker)

Audit & controls

- Support in setting up and institutionalise Capex governance and control process, ensuring organisationwide adherence, as validated through CMS audit
- Support in driving internal review exercises with Audit Firms for Resort FA Audit, resulting in an upgrade of CMS audit rating




- Ensure timely submission of WCCs for capitalisation
- Validation of invoices above 10 lakhs

Automation, Process & Cost Optimization

- Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to assess, validate, and monitor targeted savings, providing finance signoff and management visibility
- Support in Cost Optimisation target of Organisation by Process reengineering
- Support in Automation Project of Resort physical verification of fixed assets across all resorts, addressing gaps, reconciling discrepancies, and strengthening assetlevel controls and audit readiness

Learning & Development

- Perform site / resort visits to assess project progress, validate Capex spends, identify gaps, and provide finance inputs for timely capitalization and cost control

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant with 3 to 8 years of postqualification experience

Skills & Competencies required:

- Sound knowledge of accounting standards, supported by strong business acumen to evaluate project feasibility and longterm financial viability
- Proven negotiation skills for managing vendor engagements, optimizing costs, and safeguarding commercial interests
- Practical experience with SAP for project finance, accounting, and reporting
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including financial analysis, MIS reporting, and process automation
