Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food as per company standards.
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support inventory management and stock control.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
