Role & responsibilities
- Design and deliver induction, functional, and refresher training programs
- Train operations, security, housekeeping, and facility management teams on SOPs and safety protocols
- Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions
- Develop training manuals, presentations, and assessment tools
- Partner with outsourced service providers (Security, Housekeeping, FM) to drive capability building
- Conduct operational audits and measure training effectiveness
- Maintain training records, certifications, and MIS reports
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate degree (Hospitality or Business Management preferred)
- 8 to 12 years in Mall Operations, Retail, Hospitality, or Facilities Management
- Minimum 3 years dedicated to Operations Training or Learning & Development
- Solid understanding of mall operations, customer experience, safety protocols, and compliance standards
