Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and inventory management using CRM software.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in retail sales or related field (B2C sales).
- Solid communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
- Basic knowledge of inside sales principles and practices is an asset.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
