Job Title: Purchase Executive / Purchase Manager

Industry: Merchant Exporter (Food & Agro Products)

Preferred Industry Background:
We are looking for candidates who have worked in Merchant Exporter companies dealing with:

- Food & Agro Products
- Spices
- Rice & Pulses
- Dry Fruits
- Frozen Foods
- FMCG Products
- Experience: 5 - 12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end procurement and vendor management.
- Develop current vendors and maintain existing supplier relationships.
- Source materials, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial terms.
- Monitor inventory levels, purchase planning, and timely deliveries.
- Ensure cost control, budgeting, and procurement efficiency.




- Coordinate with internal teams for material quality and availability.
- Prepare purchase, inventory, and vendor performance reports.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/MBA with 5 - 12 years of experience in Purchase/Sourcing.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Experience in procurement for Merchant Export/Food Trading companies.
- Good understanding of inventory management and cost optimization.
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday Half Day)
