Role & Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural design and planning of residential, commercial, redevelopment, and SRA projects.
- Prepare and review concept designs, layout plans, working drawings, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, DCPR, fire norms, and statutory approvals.
- Review architectural drawings for accuracy, quality, and constructability.
- Conduct site visits to monitor architectural execution and resolve design-related issues.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of drawings.
- Manage design revisions, value engineering, and project documentation.
- Mentor junior architects and draughtsmen while maintaining design quality standards.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets,



and quality requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Arch with 1015 years of experience in architectural design and execution.
- Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, redevelopment, and SRA projects.
- Robust knowledge of DCPR, building bye-laws, NBC, fire safety regulations, and approval processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
- Experience in coordinating with consultants, government authorities, and project stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead architectural teams effectively.
