Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure preparation and submission of monthly segmental profitability within the timelines

2. Reconciliations of segmental data with financial reporting ensuring no variance

3. Analysis of trend in segmental P&L; month on month basis and provide insights to management.

4. Analysis of variance between budget vs actuals and identify reasons for major variances

5. Preparation and submission of RBS data on quarterly basis.

6. Assist in preparation of Annual FTP budgets

7. Understanding and resolution of RM queries related to customer NII and profitability

8. Handle internal audits, statutory audits and RBS onsite

9. Automation of manual activities and process improvements

10. Review of FTP policy framework and implementation

11. Computation of MCLR opex

Qualifications





Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

Chartered Accountant / Post graduation/ Graduation from a recognized institute

MBA from recognized institute

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:

Detailed understanding of Banking Company businesses and Balance sheet and income statement of Banks.

Knowledge of Business P&L;

Understanding of Fund transfer pricing rules for Business reporting.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent Excel & power point skills and knowledge about SQL
