Job Profile:

The MEP Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at site, ensuring execution as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise day-to-day MEP works at site (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, etc.).

2. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and technical specifications.

3. Coordinate with civil team, contractors, and consultants for smooth execution.

4. Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling at site.

5. Check quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards.

6. Maintain daily progress reports and update reporting manager.

7. Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule.

8. Handle manpower planning and allocation at site.

9. Attend site meetings and coordinate with client / consultant when required.

10. Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Education: Min SSC pass out with 45%
