Prospect for Sr. Manager/Manager Admission & Billing for our hospital in Mumbai.

Location: Mahim

Qualification: MBA or MHA in hospital / Healthcare Management.

Experience: 10+ Years

- A&B; Manager shall manage the entire patient flow from admission to discharge, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and updated accurately.
- Oversee IPD and ER billing operations, including cash and credit billing and payment settlements to maximize cash flow and minimize revenue leakage.
- Oversee daily cash collections, reconciliation, and deposits. Also, receivables, refunds, and patient billing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage TPA (Third-Party Administrator) and Corporate empanelment, documentation, and query resolution. Verify insurance eligibility, process claims, and handle appeals for denied authorizations.
- Recruit, train,



and supervise admissions and billing staff, ensuring they follow hospital protocols and policies efficiently.
- Serve as a point of contact for patient grievances, provide clear communication, and ensure a positive patient experience throughout their interaction with the admissions and billing department.
- Audit bills to minimize errors and leakage. Ensure all processes comply with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and present MIS reports on department performance.
