- Identify potential clients through telecalling and cold calling to generate leads for insurance products.
- Build relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention rates.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent communication skills to resolve client queries and concerns.
Job Requirements :
- Fresh graduate or 0-1 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or related field.
- Solid convincing power with ability to handle rejection gracefully.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
- Ability to work on night shifts (rotational).
