Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our organization. In this role, you will support cross-functional teams in understanding client needs, documenting requirements, ensuring project alignment, and driving value through process improvements. Skills Competencies

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Participate in internal and client meetings to understand project objectives.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Create wireframes, process flows, and functional specifications using tools like Figma.
- Support in preparing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).




- Log and track bugs or enhancement requests in tools like JIRA, Trello, or Mentis.
- Help monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Share regular updates with stakeholders and support project reporting.

Qualifications

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree from Top 6 IITs preferred with educational backgrounds in Biotechnology, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Physics, or other non-computer science disciplines demonstrating strong analytical aptitude. Minimum 60% aggregate marks required
- Freshers or recent graduates with academic projects or internships in business analysis, client communication, or IT systems are welcome. - Interest in technology, client interaction, and project coordination.
- Exposure to MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) CRM or documentation tools is a plus.
