What You'll Do
- Planning and executing social media content
- Help to create Reels and shorts for Clients and Orange Global.
- Be comfortable appearing in content when required
- Manage posting across all social media platforms (Instagram, etc.)
- Running and optimizing Meta Ads
- Work on captions, hooks, and basic content ideas
- Maintain content calendars and reports using Google Sheets for Clients and for Orange Global
- Team Management (Leadership Skills)
- Client Coordination and Management
What Were Looking For
- 2-5 year of experience in social media management.
- Good understanding of Instagram & Meta Ads
- Knowledge of Podcast Shoots and Reels
- Familiar with tools like Canva / CapCut (or similar)
- Positive communication skills
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Someone who is proactive, curious, and willing to hustle
- Creative thinker who can contribute ideas (not just execute)
