Job Description:

Indian Robotics Solution is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage government and defence tender opportunities in the drone and robotics sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing bid documents, coordinating with OEMs and vendors, and ensuring timely submission of proposals across various government procurement platforms.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on strategic drone, defence, and technology projects while interacting with government departments, defence organizations, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and track relevant tenders through GeM, CPP Portal, defence procurement portals, and government websites
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation
- Coordinate with drone, defence, and technology partners for project requirements and strategic collaborations
- Manage vendor and OEM communications for quotations, compliance documents, and procurement support
- Monitor tender deadlines, corrigendums, and bid status updates
- Maintain tender databases, records, and documentation repositories
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Support execution of government, defence, and public sector projects
- Prepare company profiles, capability statements, presentations, and proposals
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission guidelines
- Coordinate internal teams for collection of technical,



financial, and statutory documents
- Assist in business development initiatives related to government and defence opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-6 years of experience in tendering, bid management, government sales, procurement, or business development
- Experience in defence, aerospace, drones, robotics, technology, or government projects preferred
